Parents should know that every morning, when they send their child to school, the district is ready.
Dependability means safe schools, reliable transportation, well-maintained buildings, prepared teachers, functioning technology, responsible budgeting, and leadership that plans ahead instead of reacting to crises. It means promises are kept, and problems are addressed before they become emergencies.
Middletown’s schools should not be unpredictable. Families deserve consistency.

The purpose of every decision the Board of Education makes should ultimately improve student outcomes.
Achievement certainly includes academic performance, but it also means preparing students for life after graduation. Every student should leave our schools with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed—whether that means college, a skilled trade, military service, or starting a business.
Achievement also means measuring results honestly. We should celebrate success, identify areas that need improvement, and use data—not assumptions—to make better decisions
Trust
Trust begins with telling the truth. Not because it's simply the right thing to do, but because it's the practical thing to do. The truth has a way of emerging, and when leaders try to avoid it, delay it, or spin it, they only make problems larger and erode public confidence.
Taxpayers deserve a clear account of how their money is being spent and planned. Parents deserve honest, proactive communication that is factual, transparent, and timely. They shouldn't have to rely on rumors, social media, or public records requests. Students deserve leaders who will acknowledge challenges, explain decisions openly, and accept responsibility when things don't go as planned.
Trust is earned. It isn't built with slogans or promises. It's built by consistently telling people the truth, showing up, making sound decisions, explaining, and delivering results. That has been my approach throughout my personal and professional career, and it's the approach I'll bring to the Board of Education.
WHY I AM RUNNING
“I am running because Middletown families deserve confidence in the decisions being made on their behalf.
After reviewing district budgets, reports, facilities plans, and supporting materials, I believe there are important questions that deserve clearer public answers. Decisions affecting our students, schools, and taxes must be based on accurate information, sound analysis, and a full understanding of their long-term impact.
My goal is straightforward: help restore confidence in our district through transparent planning, responsible financial oversight, data-driven decision-making, and measurable accountability.
I will ask the tough questions, verify the facts, establish clear priorities, and work to ensure the Board follows through with consistency and integrity.”
